Pilates Classes
“From the gentle but firm directive to begin a session, you know Heather has a plan and an urgency to maximize your experience for the hour. She is friendly and fun but there's no mistake that your body is going to be challenged, carefully, under watchful eyes and helpful, knowledgeable adjustments to whichever apparatus you're using that day.

I've had private, double, and triple sessions and each one leaves me refreshed, feeling more erect and energized. The private sessions are special in that Heather utilizes various equipment to mix it up and to tailor the workout to how I'm feeling that day or to focus on an area of particular need.

She attends to each person’s tolerances, adjusting spring tensions, bar locations, headrests, etc. to protect the client, to encourage flexibility and strength, all the while urging you to know your own limits and not hurt anything. I always know she's watching, catching a grimace or a pause and then inquiring if things are ok. Nurturing, yes; wimpy? NO! Heather won’t let you slack either nor will she forget your goals or even what you were capable of last session! I've been with her a year now (testimony in itself) and even though she is cognizant and protective of my former injuries, she's helped and inspired me to truly toughen my core muscles so much so that many of “those” back pains and injuries are now gone or greatly mitigated if they do occur.

This “older folk” is very pleased with the service, the care and the results of Pilates apparatus with Heather. As the poster there says, “Getting older isn't for wimps!”…we can use some help, and Heather has the right stuff. Check it out!”

Pole-Lates (Pole Dancing for Fitness) Classes
“I had wanted to try pole dancing for a long time since seeing it on The Oprah Show. I was a bit shy when I finally enrolled in my class. I was afraid I’d be oldest or the heaviest, most out of shape person there, but I was immediately put at ease. The instructors, Trisha and her daughter Cally are hilarious together. They made it no big deal. They tailored moves to what I was able to do and encouraged me in getting strong enough to do more. An hour zooms by. I love to laugh and they make me laugh. I can’t wait for class each week and I feel so comfortable with the other ladies in the classes with me. I’d recommend it to any woman who doesn't like to exercise but knows they need to.”

Pole Parties
“What a blast! I work in the medical field and as you can imagine, stress has been high these past couple of years. I decided to invite my nursing staff to a pole party at PCO. We got to bring champagne and finger food, and we had the time of out life. Most of us don't even exercise on a regular basis, but Trisha and Cally made it just so fun and easy. Even the ladies that didn't think they would actually end up participating came and had such a great time. A few of us loved it so much, we even signed up for the pole dancing classes at PCO.”
