PILATES MAT with Trisha or Heather*
Beyond video Pilates! We interface the principles of Pilates with a variety
of “toys”, e.g., weights, balls, bands, foam rollers, and magic circles.
As a unique feature, we also incorporate leg and arm springs (similar
to those used on the apparatus) in our mat classes. Classes are open to
clients of all levels. Self-moderation is required and modifications are
suggested to make moves more supported or more challenging, as needed.
Advance registration is required. Please call 360-352-3444 to reserve
your place in class.
